Short Film Footage
Even though we're months from being done with the post-production on our film, I did want to share a brief montage of footage from some of the scenes for those who wanted a sneak peek at the look and feel of it. This is literally raw footage right off the cameras, untreated, but I think it gives...
thanks guys, that means a lot. we're very excited about the footage and all the good things we have to work with.

Mizdiva,
First off, love your screen name :) I see what you're saying and think it comes down to personal choice. For me, having a list of references on my web site or on a book I've written is a different thing. A potential client asks for that info when they are ready to see it. But when we put it out there unsolicited it, in my opinion, is the same as calling or emailing someone unsolicited and saying 'just wanted you to know that Mr. Big thinks I'm the bomb.' You probably wouldn't do that using those means and I'm saying that I think doing it via Twitter is no different.
Probably the biggest factor here is that when I see other people do it it rubs me the wrong way. So I have to assume that most people would perceive me doing it in exactly the same way.
Thanks so much for the dialogue.
The Twitter RT Boasting Has Got To Stop
Did you hear the one about the guy who was constantly calling all his friends and telling them about all the compliments he was getting from people about how great and cool and special and...wait for it...important he is? You didn't? Don't feel bad because nobody did. Why? Because no one in real...

The Kindle is Impressive Because of Why?
Why isn't someone building robust, multimedia e-books for the next generation of e-readers? Why are we so unimaginative that we're holding back the content to stay on-pace with the device's capabilities? Where's the motion design, the full color images, the video...? I don't get it. Easier di...
I've asked that same question 100 times. Now I know. Free at last :)
Nobody Knows What Leadership Network Does... So I Asked
They're like a secret society in a Dan Brown novel. You hear rumors of backroom conversations, high-level meetings at undisclosed locations, hazing rituals. =) So I decided to go to the source - Dave Travis who is such a great guy and directs Leadership Network... Leadership Network hosts ba...

Ten Random Things I've Learned About Twitter
I'm not a Twixpert or Twenius -- but I have learned a few things in my journey through the Twitterverse these past 15 months. I don't look at Twitter as my "what am I doing?" outlet. I think of it as, "How can I add value to others today?" If you try to sell me something, I'll unfollow you in a...
i'm with you bro. i don't watch them either. i'll take a 2 or 3 hour movie any day of the week, but that never ending stuff...too much.
I Can't Watch TV Shows with Never-Ending Storylines
Just saying. I need justice to be done. Conclusion. Finality. I can't hang with those serial storylines. And yes, that includes LOST and 24. Sorry. I just can't do them. Anyway, I'm looking forward to meeting Jeff Parker someday, who wrote this great article for COLLIDE called "Excellence in Sto...
