The record of the team since 2008 speaks for itself not that it falls entirely on Ireland. The draft themselves have been ok. But anyone who feels Ireland is a great GM ignores the numerous poor free agent acquisitions that have equal or more impact on the team. As for his arrogance, usually successful people have some degree of it. Why he is arrogant is anyone's guess.
