Ok, this is a strawman argument, as well as a classic example of deconstructionism.
No one is trying to find the cross in "every" verse, meaning each individual verse. But it is entirely correct and, the witness of Scripture itself, that all of the Law and the Prophets bear witness to Christ and His sacrifice for sin.
It would indeed be eisegesis to, for example, to say that "In the beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth" is a direct reference to the cross, with the heavens representing the stretched out arms of the cross and the earth representing the central beam.
It is NOT eisegesis, however, to state that when God created the heavens and the earth, He created the material means whereby He would bring to pass the incarnation of His Son, the Lamb whom He had ordained to be slain from the foundation of the world.
