I really appreciate your thoughtful post. Holding a grudge is the monster that always tries to overwhelm me. I can't tell you how many times I need to step away and say to myself, "We are all flawed. Is this person intentionally or repeatedly hurting me?" If I decided the person isn't trying to hurt me, I take a lot of breaths and I say, "Let it go. Like them anyway." It's a lot of work.
