Mmmmm yum!

Ohhhh goodness! My mother-in-law gave us a cookbook a little while ago, and I was very hesitant. I get all of my recipes from Allrecipes.com, make sure they have great ratings by a TON of people before I will make them. Gotta make sure they are delicious right?! Right. Anywho one of my goals for this year is to make at least one more "new to us" recipe a week. Don't get me wrong, we make our dinners fresh every night, but usually do some type of salad and meat thing, or one of our faves. And bless my hubby's... Continue reading

Day 2!!! New items and a GREAT New Year

All right . . . I'm patting myself on the back, 2 days in a row blogging, a huge accomplishment for me:-) I can't tell you how excited I am for the New Year! My wonderful hubby and I took down our decorations yesterday. Usually I'm sad and rushed while unwrapping ALL the 8 strands of lights and tearing everything down, who wants the holidays to end?
