I had no idea there was even going to be a third series until I saw the title of the first episode in Google Reader. It was such an awesome surprise! Usually between 2pm and 430pm on Thursdays the episodes go up, which is perfect for me because I download them into iTunes in my math class, then when I get to my car I put them on my iPod and listen to almost the entire episode on half hour drive home. :) It's like a mini holiday every Thursday. Oh, and speaking of thirds, Season two of The Big Bang Theory arrived at my doorstep yesterday, and watching these episodes again is getting me super excited for Season three. Oh yeah, and don't forget about The Guild Mr. Wheaton! the first 3 episodes of Season 3 are out too! I much enjoyed you in the first two episodes. :)

Man, this week has been like, a Wil Wheaton spectacular for me. Not only did I see this book cover and the episode of Leverage, I also saw the Season 3 opener of The Guild, started relistening to your first adventures with Penny Arcade and PVP playing D&D, and just now I saw that apparently a NEW ADVENTURE PODCAST has just been released from Wizards of the Coast featuring you guys again! It's been a good week to be your fan. You're really shining brightly, man.

I think a more clear (dur grammar dur) way of phrasing your stance might be something like "I'm letting my friends know I won't be hanging out with them at our usual place until it goes back to the 5 star service I've become accustom to back in the good ol days." It's not like your outside the doors telling strangers not to eat there, or telling all your friends to hang out elsewhere. You're just choosing to stay home on the nights your friends decide to eat there.

I cannot tell you how much I'm looking forward to this book. I so hope you do an audiobook version, your reading of the Data Lore review at From the Land Beyond killed me. Man, so excited. :)

:D How lucky for LA! Sounds like some good times ahead. And don't worry about using your blog to announce things that you are doing, Wil. After all, every blog ever is pretty much an announcement in some form or another. Be it my mother announcing she just posted photos of my niece, me announcing that I have a live show I'm doing next monday, my friend announcing she has a cold, or you announcing what your schedule for the week is, it's still stuff about us. This is keeping us up to date with what's going on in your life, and while it may not be material that will ever get into one of your books, it's material that we, or at least I, enjoy hearing from you. Announce away, my good man!

Considering how they had the whole cast together for the first time in years (not physically, but still), I was really disappointed with how little of the show dealt with the Stewie storyline. The jokes where awesome, but the majority of them where spoiled in the preview. I'm sure if I hadn't watch the preview I'd have enjoyed it more than I did, but still, I feel like they wasted a really good opportunity here. *sigh* ah well. I guess I'm biased, being a bigger fan of Wil than the others these days. My cowbell is Wil Wheaton, and this episode, my friends, definitely needed more.

I'd like to apologize for getting snappy with you. As I said, I was incredibly embarrassed when it was pointed out, and that coupled with it being 6 in the morning when I read your comment led to me feeling, as Wil puts it, a little stabby. If I could have edited it at the time you brought it up, I'm sure I would have handled that much better. Also, you're right about the red squiggles. They're too busy telling me I spelled "Wil" and "stabby" wrong to help me with the little things. :)

Considering you can only edit comments within 5 or 10 minutes of posting them, awesome spell checking skills will only serve to point out my sad error and embarrass me even further. Thank you very much. Lets hope that those reading this blog can guess as to what I was referring to considering the topic of D&D, and don't think of me as less of a person for not being gifted with red squiggly lines warning me of possible cultural offenses. Thank God for you, Chris.

Felicia Day. That's who needs to join Acquisitions Incorporated next. Please oh please can you help make this happen?

I know this isn't about your post, but I wanted to remind people here that the 3rd installment of the D&D Podcasts went live today. If I'm not careful I might just blab on and on about it, so I'm gonna stop myself here. It's definitely worthy of a blog post, in my opinion. People will love it.

Dude, Warner really rocks, giving you a preview clip and everything. And the cartoon looks hi-def worthy.

I had pop ups, but that wasn't enough to sway me. It was great, completely great. And your disclaimer at the end did me in, you dropping your 'don't be a dick' line was priceless. Well done.

...Ok, wtf? Sorry about that apparent double post. Right now, the comments have disappeared again, confusing the crap out of me, but I'm assuming they are still there, so I'll just say sorry for the duplicity of the whole thing. My bad for trusting the internets!

(mysterious vanishing comment for the fail) From the first moment I read that you were doing this, I've been excited about it. I love their podcasts, I love your podcasts, and now we get the best combo meal ever? Yes please! Exciting! Not to mention you also had your interview with Major Nelson. The charity really seemed to make alot of things happened, which rocks. Any ideas on when this is going to be published, and where? Was it put on by Wizards of the Coast again and as such they will post it, or is it something that was put on solely by Gabe and Tycho and therefore theirs is the feed to watch? (...grammatically, I'm not sure what I just did there) Looking forward to it!
