I slept with my daughter (2.5) next to me ever since she was born, until about 4 months ago, when her little brother joined our family. Nobody was getting any sleep in the family bed, so we split up: my husband slept with her, while I slept with my son. It made me so sad; I missed sleeping with her so much!
A few nights ago, we gave the big family bed another try, and this time it went much better! I woke up this morning for the third day in a row with my beautiful children on either side of me. What a wonderful way to start the day!
