I'm in only my second year of being a (partial) season ticket holder for the Phillies, and my experience with their ticket reps has been pretty good. I called a couple of months ago to try & upgrade from my section 233 seats & was basically told that my best shot at getting something in the first deck was in row 35 or so & I'd probably be better off in my old seats. I definitely appreciated the honesty from the rep, instead of trying to take my money & give me what'd end up being worse seats.
