After using pattern software for a time, I began to HATE the tape process of putting the patterns together; so I do not download patterns. When I can pick them up for 99 cents, the price offsets my time, my paper, my ink, my headache. So I put off that instant gratification of a pattern until it is on sale, I might even buy 2 of the same pattern cause I will cut it for 99 cents. I have gotten to the point I like to sew, I don't want to print patterns, I don't want to trace ... on the other side I agree that Simplicity needs to make it simple & generic to the software used for the processes. I use Chrome for my browser, FoxIt for my PDF files, so I would be more the peeved at them. All MHO ...
