Aloha from Hawaii! After a week, today is my last day in Hawaii. In my last two visits to Hawaii I've spent most of my time hiking or exploring different spots on the islands. Fifteen years ago today, HotWired (my second start-up) was launched, introducing the banner ad onto the internet.
