I was at Surly in Minneapolis a couple of summers ago. They've got some tasty beers. One of their pint glasses is currently containing a beverage on my desk. Unrelated (and possibly irrelevant,): I used to wait on Peter North at Twin Palms in Newport Beach. While he was a very good tipper, he (thankfully) never gave me a blast to the face.
