Just curious why would the government fabricate the case? There must be a very solid reason for doing this. Although, many other countries also allegedly often do the same (an interesting reference from today: http://civil.ge/eng/article.php?id=23717). Yet it is surprising from the country aspiring to join the EU (or maybe not? )
