Yeah...backpacking is 176% worth the work for sure. I always end up kicking my own butt, or having my butt kicked by Nature when I get too cocky. I love the feeling of being very small and part of the Great Big-ness all around me! *happy sigh*

@sblais: I'm totally a tent girl. Either I'm back packing, or sometimes I'm driving far, far in the desert or some such and I just sleep in my car. RVs? Pop-up campers? BAH!!! Wuss camping! @Rocky: Hey sistah, go sister, gotta get that soul, sistah! @Safire: Absolutely! It's one of my very most favorite things! I did some great backpacking up in Crested Butte last summer. It was so bloody beautiful, and it was great because I was with a fantastic group (usually I go alone). @Pandora Bound: I didn't miss you after all? Oh JOY! Hooray, hooray, and huzzah!
