Sure, they tried to tame Captain Kirk long enough to make him a Knight of the Realm but they should have known it wouldn't play out the way they expected. When the sword lowered, Captain Kirk vaulted forward and gut-punched the Queen, taking an assassin's bullet for her in the process. Then he ran the coward down and tackled him into a souvenir wagon full of Princess Di memorabilia. After he shed a single tear, he drank a Red Bull over the assassin's unconscious body.
