OMG - We are so stoked to see you will be on Big Bang Theory next Monday. We are in love with that show! My 19-yr-old daughter has embraced geekness (and Jim Parsons) big time, and I turned her onto your blog a few years back. And we thought Leverage was fun! This will be WAY more fun. Next, you should appear on Fringe and Glee to make our lives complete, and oh, Flash Forward.

You got to be a computer geek! How great. We love the Hardison character (and of course Parker, c'mon she's got the best part), and were glad to see you got to be his counterpart with the two crews. What a kick. They sort of glossed over your part too much for my taste. I would have liked to see more detail, and see you struggle to solve a problem. We LOVED seeing you, though. And we love LEVERAGE!

Love, love, love LEVERAGE! Yay! Cannot wait until we see you on the TV in one of our favorite shows. Say HEY to Tim Hutton from me . . . Geri. Been watchin' that boy act since he was a kid . . . too. But our hearts belong to Wil. Or as Stewie would say, "Whil Wheaton, Whil Wheaton, Whil Wheaton."

I was very moved by Obama's speech, too. Had to cry a bit at the end. He sure spoke some truths about the status of race relations -- and said things most politicians would not dare to say. I am looking forward to at least 4 years of intelligent speeches with heart. It's what we need after 5 years and 4000 dead. Watch out for Cheney heading us into Iran, though! Let us all be smart enough to recognize an October effort to put McCain into office.

Juno CD in the car?! Me, too. Actually, my daughter is obsessed by the Moldy Peaches and the last few tracks. However, I find myself singing to myself . . ."I am a vampire. I am a vampire. I am a vampire. I have lost my fangs."

THE NATURAL! Love, love, love when Glenn Close stands up, backlit with her halo hat glowing. Cue music. The moment where the chubby bat boy picks out a winner for him after his magical handmade bat breaks is HAWESOME. Hey! Joshua Tree was my first CD (non-vinyl) as well.

AAA was very good to me last year. Since I have their car insurance, I have condo ins. as well. I had a slab leak, and they covered many thousands of dollars to repair the damage. My plumber told me all the companies that DON'T cover such an event and I shuddered. Insurance can be so very tricky. Sorry to hear of your vandalism, and it not being covered by the . . . what was it? Assmasters?

I LOVE NUMBERS (or however you type it with the number 3 for the E). Very fun, mysterious, and quirky. I still like to think of Rob Morrow as the doctor on Northern Exposure. Ah the good old days.

I feel your not-sleeping pain, just like I felt your weed-pulling pain. I am currently breaking up with my boyfriend (48 and never married, might be a tad set in his ways) because he wants his bedtime at 10 p.m. sharp while I must stay up as long as possible in order to pass out to stay asleep past 4 a.m. He just doesn't get me - and I have suffered too much wrath, considering we are not married. I have had some success with Allure - part Valerian Root, part Hops! No hangover, but you get drowsy naturally within an hour (if you go WITH it). Don't do that WINE thing. I found that I woke up 2-3 hours later once it wore off = the worst feeling in the world.

Hey! I was in the yard working yesterday -- found several patches of dirt and too many weeds. I also had to rake 1/2 ton of leaves as July has dried out our sickly elms. I "feel you" when you describe pulling dusty old weeds and stepping in dog doo. I was sweating up a storm and scraping it off of my shoe before diving into the chore some more. My satisfaction came when it was all done, dinner was over, and I went outside to admire the yard. How was grad party??
