Damn! I didn't see this until it was too late. Are they going to show it again??

Toy Soldiers totally rocked. I was very impressed by the fact that they let Wil's character mess up with the submachine gun. I think that Stand By Me was an incredibly well structured film. I have always loved the way it flowed. I think it is sad that it wasn't quite the happy experience it looked. I think it would have been really cool if they could have gotten the remaining cast together to reminisce, I guess I just don't "get" how Hollywood works. I think I'm sorta glad about that.

I can't recommend Stephen King's On Writing enough. But, I'm not sure that I would take any advice from me. I'm lousy at completing writing projects that I start.

There is no way to make this comment without being a condescending arsehole. I'm so glad that you've grown into a happy well adjusted adult. You've managed to avoid, to my knowledge, the pitfalls of so many who've tasted stardom so young. More than anything, you've become happy with your life and in the end that is all anyone can hope for. Good On You! I hope you and yours are happy now and into the future.

That is very cool. I'm sure that Ryan values that you are missing him. Just wait until you turn his olde room into your new inner sanctum.

I am insanely jealous of your writing skills. You manage to take such a simple touching memory and turn it into a wonderfully constructed story. I'm totally impressed that Ryan wants to study neuro-science.

Wil, you are allowed to have feelings. You don't need to appologize for them. You are allowed to have things impact you differently than the would have in the past (or in the future) because that means you are actually changing. I, for one, see this as a positive sign. I think the fact that you waited to comment on these events until you felt you had something to actually say rather than because it is the hot topic right now is a good thing. I enjoy your words and your thoughts. Keep up the excellent work.

Curse you Wil Wheaton!!!! You got me hooked on Penny Arcade. I spent the largest part of the week reading the entire archive. You are correct they are quite funny.

You are a better man than I am. I don't know that I could admit that I had been an ass in such a public forum.

Wil this was truly a touching story. I can't believe how lucky you were to have a relationship with Gene. I cannot imagine what it must be like to have know such a brilliant and creative man. I can tell by the power in your words that this relationship meant quite a bit to you. I am quite envious of you. Both because of your time on Star Trek and your skills as a Writer! Ad Astra Per Aspera.

Well Wil I can tell you that I am a horrible writer and that sounds totally like my attitude towards writing. My big justification to not write is that I don't have enough time to really get into my writing. I highly recommend Natalie Goldberg, Writing Down the Bones. They give quite a few hints, insights and just general get off your ass type vignettes.
