Hey just wondering if anybody that did the WODs from 4:30 till 6:30 yesterday might have accidentally taken a brown wool Old Navy jacket with two chest zipper pockets? It was hanging on the racks with the other coats. If ya can bring it back that would be great. Thanks

Snatch: 75 kg, fail, 75 kg C+J: 109 kg, 109 kg, DNF (muscle cramp in my left quad) BS: DNF Split Squat: DNF Ugh. I hate DNF days. Everything felt really good up until the muscle cramp.

Coming off a bout with food poisoning so I'm sure it didn't help. A: Miss, Miss, 72. Need to stay over the bar longer. Breaking too early and not extending fully. B: Miss, Miss, 104. Having issues with my jerk. Need to come in on a Sunday or Thursday and practice. C: 144, 134, 134. Modified down cause I ran out of gas. Hope I'm 100% next week. Really want to hit everything hard.

Holy crap, Jesse's kettlebell conditioning class is no joke! Great workout today. My forearms are ultra-jacked. Metcon: 7 sets, 20 rkbs @ 24 kgs & 6 push-ups, 8 sets, 15 rkbs @ 20 kg & 6 push-ups. Great class, 5:30! Brent and Hugo are beasts!
