I am in the process of going paperless, scanning everything in with a Fujitsu ScanSnap and then using EverNote online to have access to it all. The great thing with EverNote is they have a web clipper so I can grab recipes online, the full text & photos, & not just save bookmarks. And I have access then from any computer as well as mobile devices as well (think checking ingredient lists while grocery shopping). At least that's the plan.
