Terry Robinson Visiting Priest Lake from Colorado my kids don’t ask for much; warm weather, warm water and a moose. Yes the older of our two daughters is obsessed with moose. September 18, 2014 ~ 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Complimentary Lunch Provided by The Kaniksu-Coolin Lion’s Club Come join with us for an opportunity for sharing and conversation, as we explore the Award winning documentary film for Social Change: “Consider the Conversation”. Inspired by personal experiences with the loss of family members due to chronic disease, this film was developed to discover what it means to die in 21st century America. The film includes “on the street” conversations and personal interviews. They found most people find it extremely difficult to communicate about and prepare for the end of life. Through their experience, they share: This is not a story about death; it’s a film about living life to its fullest up to the very end. Consider the Conversation does not provide any particular answers; rather, it offers the questions that activate our own exploration so that we might discover answers for ourselves. Bonner Community Hospice, the only not-for-profit hospice, serving Boundary and Bonner County will host the 1 hour viewing of “Consider the Conversation” and provide the openness for each of us to explore the questions we may have about the end-of-life experience that move our hearts; as well, inspire us - to consider the conversation for ourselves. Please R.S.V.P for this event: Lissa DeFreitas 208.265.1185 or email: lissa.defreitas@bonnergeneral.org Continue reading

Thank you to all of you for responding to our post regarding improved ATT cell phone service. After several failed attempts to the Cell Tower Office and the Real Estate Office, we were able to reach the office of the ATT President. From there, we were asked to send the request for improved service, along with all of your e-mails, to the ATT Correspondence Department in Tulsa, OK. The person from the President's Office said that we could contact her if we did not hear from the Correspondence Department. Continue reading
