Hi Marie! I read the name as klutz-town and thought it sounded like a winner! The names of some of the rootbeers are so funny and interesting! We will definitely add Kutztown to our list and well be having another tasting next month - summer and rootbeer just go together! Happy summer to you!xo, Nan

Thanks so much Cynthia!! This much I know, everyone would love one of YOUR quilts!!! It can be very hard to part with a quilt - it takes so long to make!! But thegiving is made easy when the receiver is excited!! Our mutual good friend was here recently, next time you should come with her! xo, Nan

Thanks Gene - As some wise quilter once said, Finished is better than perfect - and that about sums up the way I do things! And I 100% agree with you on the criteria for success, if its used and loved then nothing else matters! Thanks for your comment - made my day! Nan

Hi Mimi - Thanks for your kind words!! I used Hobbs 80/20 - its the only batting I use because its so soft (after being washed.) It does look a bit fluffier though in the pics, maybe its the lighting?! Hope you have a lovely day! Nan

Hi Rachel - Thanks so much! I didnt do the quilting, I planned to but I was in a bit of a time crunch and my new fancy-schmancymachine decided to throw a fit so I had to take it to someone. I took the quilt toVicki Stratton, told her I needed it fast if possible and she said, Is tomorrow soon enough? Now thats what I call fast!! I picked the quilt up the next day, took three days to bind it (I hate binding!) and the next day it was on the plane to Perth! Small miracle Id say! xo, Nan

Hi! You have no idea how happy your comment made me - to think there is someone else out there who quilts the same way - YES! Either were not as crazy as every other quilter thinks or misery loves company - either way its good! Thanks for your kind words! Nan
