I guess I am a sap for mushy love songs. I am just discovering for the first time Dusty Springfield’s song “You Don’t Have to Tell Me You Love Me”. This song is a real tear jerker that reminds you of all those ex lovers that the situation could have turned out differently, if only you tried harder. However, it is impossible to be rid of a former lover. Part of their scent remains with you and when something similar to their smell returns, you are triggered by the memories and hopefully they are the most passionate and happy ones.... I am a Los Angeles Unified School District English Teacher. Teaching is a demanding trade that if you are going to do it well. To do this well one must be ready to make it part of your life. At the present time I am disgusted with God. I found out that my sister has Devic Syndrome which is a rare form of MS. My sister,Sheila, is the nicest woman that does not have a resentful bone in her body, and yet, she is besieged with this disease. God my ass. It brings into light the old philosophical question, "Why do bad things always happen to good people?"
