Oh, I know! How about the one where you talked about the thing in 'Just A Geek' where you dropped the F-bomb and my face nearly fell off in my haste to undock the iPod and plug in my earbuds before the minions could ask "what does 'fuck' mean, Mom?'" Yeah. That one. Total adrenaline rush. ETA: Actually, I'd like to hear you discuss your work on Criminal Minds.

Need to stop reading so fast. Saw "Aloha, Fail Fellow!" So. I'm going to be saying this ALL NIGHT.

D&D was a 'boys' game' as well as being a tool of Satan (I always thought that was the Ouija board, but I guess Satan can have multiple tools, right? Rush Limbaugh comes to mind...) Anyway, I never played growing up because my parents wouldn't allow it. I look forward to introducing my boys to DnD when they're old enough.

I remember so much hoopla surrounding D&D when I was a kid; I wasn't allowed to play because my 'Christian' (not really) parents were afraid I'd suddenly start thinking I was actually in the game, and mistake my sister for a Goblin and kill her in her sleep or something. Then again, I wasn't allowed to watch Smurfs (magic) or ET (inappropriate parallels drawn with Jesus Christ), so I'm not surprised D&D was on the naughty list. If anything, I'm in awe of the creativity it requires to develop a strategy in order to survive, tantamount to a real, live Choose Your Own Adventure book. I am so buying this game for my boys when they're old enough. And we'll have a Smurf-A-Thon. I've still never seen ET.

I heart Anne so much for her mustache usage. Also, TTMF.

I'm just floored that your kids are old enough to be out on their own. You aren't much older than I, and mine are 4/6/8. Husbeast and I often talk about how we look forward to having back the 'just being married' time. I just hope I don't go from changing my kids' diapers to changing his.

Ooh, I loved 'The Empty Child.' I started from the first series of 'new' Who and can't watch them out of order... I have a 'thing.' Husbeast actually hated the 'Fathers' Day' episode, and thought that the Empty Child ep would give the kids nightmares. Please. Does this four-year-old girl look like she's easily frightened? I think not. http://bit.ly/yMi8nG

Applauding you, because abusive relationships are impossible to get out of if you don't have inherent inner strength. It's embarrassing to think you're 'that girl' and that you might have done something to set him off, that it's somehow your fault... SO, yeah. Kudos to you for not being that girl anymore.

There wasn't an option to go out for 'bullets, burgers and beer' so I guess no shooting for me. /sadpanda

I think my husband is a more cultured nerd than I am; he actually prefers the Carl Sagan documentaries to sci-fi. But FarScape was our DATE NIGHT... so maybe I'm converting him slowly. He liked Game of Thrones but scoffs at Doctor Who (it's like I don't even know him).

Clever and cute and makes me grateful I'm married. So, of course, I'm making random serenades for my girlfriends. http://bit.ly/AxhAS6

The Buzzfeed responses from people posting things like, "I wish Chris Brown would punch me in the face" were almost more sickening. http://bit.ly/z9YX0N My first response was, 'Each of these people DOES need punched in the face. Repeatedly.' Then I thought about it; actually, each of these people needs to volunteer at least eight hours in a battered women's shelter.
