Every day I thank the universe for Japanese people. What would the world be like without them and their super awesome happy fun times?

*freaks out* first of all, that wolf shot makes me want to have very long conversations with your brother. secondly, I LOVE MACRO - it is my best friend. will post my food photography from class once it's compiled. thanks for sharing, these are truly breathtaking.

That's totally awesome - it's ALL about paying it forward, and simply knowing that if you don't hold onto things that karma will come back around your way. Great to see the ball of giving rolling around :)

Oh wow, you have almost the exact same anniversary as me and my ex - Oct. 30, 1999. Though I left him a year ago so we didn't make it to 10. I'm glad someone did though - congrats to you both, you look beautiful.

Last I checked, playing gin rummy does put you in the "old" category. However I do love your story, it made me laugh hysterically. And am going to go make butternut and kabocha squash soup right now (the trick is to roast it first). Bring on the cold :)

We had a 2600, rather my brother had it (he's the same age as you, Wil - I'm 27). I have very deepset memories of playing Centipede and Space Invaders as a 5 year old - those sound fx will always bring me right back. I played NES at friends' houses (and sucked) but the first console I ever truly owned was N64, when I was 17. Guess I don't have true nerd roots, but my addiction to games came on as strong as anyone else's. Sometime I have to learn to play D&D. Audiobook sounds like a great idea 8)

Aww that was a really sweet blog. Kinda gave us a view of wilw's softer side. I love Autumn too, especially because of harvest. Congrats on the book launch, and have fun at the con :)

This is really great stuff, thanks for introducing me to it. It's a geek's dream show 8) Is the episode you're working on for season 3 or 4 (meaning, when can we expect to see it)?

The cover makes me feel like I'm about to start reading Ray Bradbury, which is totally awesome.

A quote from "Land Before Time": "You will always miss her, but she will always be with you, as long as you remember the things she taught you. In a way, you'll never be apart, for you are still a part of each other." Sending you virtual hugs from up north.

You're a cool guy, Wil. I loved your work in TNG and get a great kick out of your writing on here; I'm looking forward to this book. If you ever make it out to E3 (I saw an ad where you were pushing some 3D screen thing one year) it would be cool to meet up. I find you intriguing. Namaste, Kira PS Your wife rocks.
