I couldn't agree more! When people leave your "turf" and go out into the wider world, they only come back richer, with more contacts, context, and material to share with the rest of the online community. I'd encourage community managers to incorporate sharing links and other tools that facilitate members going out into other online and offline interactions. Great tip Richard!
