Yeah... blurry daze for sure. I saw BTO, ELO, Steven Stills, and also some AWESOME blues artists, (including Luther Allison and Roosevelt Sykes), during the annual Blues Festival. An AWESOME venue! (And like you SOUP, there are concerts I went to there that I can't even remember!)

Randy will be bringing a condominium sized dog-house to the University of Florida. Posted by: TonyCane | October 29, 2017 at 08:28 PM LOL! YEAH, TOTALLY GET THIS! We thought he locked down players while he was HERE... those Gayturds will barely be able to field a team after RS starts putting those knuckleheads away. Deserved, (or NOT so deserved, as was often the case in our opinions), he has NO PROBLEM benching players for sure!

For me the problems flow like this... 1. Offensive Coordinator 2. O-line 3. QB 4. RB/WR Posted by: WWIN | October 29, 2017 at 12:32 PM I agree. Posted by: TruCane81 | October 29, 2017 at 01:02 PM I ALSO agree.

Hey BigWIndy... you woke up pretty happy today, huh? "Good morning Canespace! Canes win today at UNC, 63-3!" Posted by: BigWindyCane1 | October 28, 2017 at 07:54 AM At LEAST we got a W! LOL.
Helfrich's schemes mixed with Miami caliber athletes and some SEC style power runs would be terribly difficult to plan for. Posted by: His Royal Dudeness | October 28, 2017 at 07:00 PM Agree 100% Dude!
By the way, I don't know if it was mentioned by anyone other than the announcers, (who sucked), but what OC hands the ball off and runs into the line with a player who JUST fumbled in his last possession, when he has enough time to kneel on the ball and end the game? We need a NEW OC!!!
JT4 is excelling with more & more playing time, he's really coming into his own & becoming the game-breaker a lot of us knew he would be. The Turbo-boosters are sparked up on his cleats & he's hitting Homeruns over the last 2 weeks. Richt has to get him even more involved in the gameplan, the fact we haven't run a single Reverse with him is tragic. Posted by: SinisterCane | October 28, 2017 at 06:36 PM I know, we don't even FAKE jet sweeps or reverses... it's just SO FRUSTRATING to watch this conservative, vanilla, predictable half-assed offense... WE NEED A NEW OC!
This is part of the plan! Richt should open up the playbook next week. Why would we want to give our plays away before the big games? Posted by: thirstybuzzardcane | October 28, 2017 at 06:36 PM Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha! YOU SO FUNNY BUZZARD!
We need an Offensive Coordinator. (AND we need Mark Walton back... ) Period. End of story.
We need an Offensive Coordinator. Period. End of story.
"If we aint playing on December 2nd in Charlotte aint crap memorable about this damn season period." Posted by: Terrance Sullivan | October 27, 2017 at 04:09 PM As SOUP would say, "And THERE it is RIGHT there!"

I agree, #4 above was a HUGE loss, and has had a large impact on our LACK of RedZone scoring.

"Our achillies heal is our red zone offense and 3rd down defense!" Posted by: thirstybuzzardcane | October 21, 2017 at 09:51 PM "Correction... our special teams coach is the weak link!!! When is the last time we even attempted to block a punt or FG???" Posted by: WWIN | October 21, 2017 at 11:22 PM DING! DING! DING! DING! DING! I AGREE 1000% on BOTH of these posts! PREACH!

"Not having Walton showed Homer's limitations today. Homer is a back that hits a hole strong & fast looking for big plays, not much wiggle or vision, though not none. Walton turns nothing into 7 yards." Posted by: His Royal Dudeness | October 21, 2017 at 07:39 PM Yup... been saying this all along. I LIKE Homer, (he was my LOF), but Walton>Homer. Really miss Mark "Sweetness" Walton... best of luck on your recovery young man! Still horrible Red Zone TD efficiency. Let's Go CANES!

Posted by: IraqiCane | October 19, 2017 at 12:41 PM I haven't seen anyone mention it here... It seems we are able to get 3 and short easily this year. Last year, 3rd and short was pretty desperate. Posted by: CalgaryCane | October 19, 2017 at 01:04 PM UNTIL we get into the RED ZONE that is... REALLY disappointed at our Red Zone offense and lack of TDs. (Too many FGs after 1st and goal this year.)

My problem/worry with this upcoming Syracuse game is that we KNOW our defensive strength is our D-Line, and our secondary is suspect... Guess what? Clemson... (who just got THROTTLED by the Syracuse O), is thought to have one of the BEST D-Lines in the entire country, and a far more experienced secondary than ours. We're going to have our hands full with the Cuse's prolific offense. If we take another half-a-game to get OUR offense on track, we could be trailing by WAY more than 1 point at halftime... We need to be smarter on offense CMR! To say those fade routes to the "small" receiver packages were just not thrown accurately enough doesn't take into account that the target WINDOW to a TALL receiver is FAR LARGER, and doesn't require the same pinpoint accuracy, as to a little guy. C'Mon Coach... Don't fall into the "smartest man in the room" category, like our previous coaching regime and IGNORE legitimate concerns and suggestions. We NEED YOU to be OPEN TO CHANGE and ADJUSTMENTS!

"It was at that very moment that lovely Lady Luck removed her lace veil and kissed Langham square on the lips." You need to be writing novels my friend... Great blog! "Some people think the harder you work the luckier you get." (Count ME in THIS camp.) Our second half statistics PROVE our players are working harder to "make" their own luck. Let's Go CANES!

Rode out the storm in my house in Rotonda West, in SW FL. We lucked out and Irma went due north from Naples, and actually passed to the EAST of us. (We're on the Cape Haze peninsula right on the Gulf, so we didn't have the huge storm surge that was predicted.) We still have water and power... lots of debris to clean up, and a small tree to upright later, but no structural damage to our house. Marco Island south of us, and other "inland" communities, (like LaBelle and Immokalee), actually got hit harder by the NE part of the eye wall. Takes more than a hurricane to beat down THIS Miami Hurricane!

OGV- I thought the same thing about the Gayturd QB Malik Zaire as he was standing around in his own end zone getting strip-sacked and fumbling. Where's your mental clock dude?

In relation to Francois... Not trying to be negative... but, hopefully, history won't repeat itself... In the past, our D has made first year, and Freshman QB's look like Heismann candidates...
