Great idea! People will either go for it, or not, but the wannabes won't go for it... its too hard. Also, it builds the company as a place where you have to THINK and CREATE and PRODUCE, not just be really good at filling out application forms.

Unified inboxes have been attempted before, but never in real-time. I am glad GoogleWave integration is happening out of the box. I am anxious to see these tools become adopted.
