The arabic word allah means "the deity". The Catholic Mass liturgy doesn't contain the words "the deity", but rather words like the Christ, the Lord, and Father. Also, the New Testament similarly has little need for reference to "god" (which is the Greek word Theos) and nowhere has the phrase "the deity" which would be in Arabic "allah".
