I like the idea that everyone gets a little something even if they didn't place. I found this blog looking for ideas for my daughters Cheerleading squad that I coach. End of the year trophies are nice but the lapel pins make for a better keep sake that they girls will more likely hold on too & and ribbons are too disposable. I still have my Cheer lapel pin from when I was in High School :)

I'm interested in putting a training session together for my office employees and have been skimming through your cultural training blogs. This one on finding international keywords is fantastic. Has given me a lot to think about for our international clients!
