This is what's been coming to me... Will our people and Government get to the point to instead of helping our elderly and our disabled as a nation of one people even though we're many nationalities find it cheaper a more cost effective to send them, to send us to such camps. We're not that bad now but we're getting there mark my words. We're getting there. Just as larger cities chase off their homeless or mentally ill because they don't have the heart or the wisdom of how to handle it... It's just cheaper to send them to other cities adding to their own burdens. There's a couple Ideas that will solve these problems... Re-open and refurbish all abandoned Commercial Warehouses, Hospitals and Prisons and it's surrounding grounds to do two to three Functions. One create affordable housing for some. Free to those who do the upkeep of the property and grounds. If someone was let go due to down sizing or because cheaper to go to third world countries, and can't get another Job... Well, If they become the property's plumber they get a room or apt free. Same goes for someone who's a electrician, carpenter, roofer, foundation, landscaper / groundskeeper. Two: provide free upkeep for the CITY COUNTY AND STATE of said properties and in return these people one one thousandth of the property tax those with incomes. And the state provides Medical, Dental, Clothing and food needs to all.Three: By creating such places, you get them off of the streets and working to support themselves, there'll be taxes coming in to the CITY, COUNTY AND THE STATE that'll also help in supporting programs needed. And training Vocationally or in sheltered work-shops on site will also generate employment income and taxes from said income. Again More revenue for said state. The problem Shouldn't be how to get rid of these people. No But how to turn them into income tax providing sources. It's quite simple. Easy as One: provide Free for some / affordable housing for others Two: Provide low manageable property taxes on said properties, Clothing, Medical /Dental /Prescription needs, Food, and Vocational training / sheltered workshops on site to generate income and income and property taxes for the government. Three: If everything outlined and or stipulated are put in action you get rid of two major problems Eyesore properties not generating any taxes to beautifully kept properties generating taxes no matter how small going to pay for the programs needed by the schools kids, and those who was were homeless in these properties. And Two: It'll attract more people, More tourists, and more companies wanting to open up there or close by. It's a Win, Win situation all around. By getting rid of these said two Eyesores in our communities, we can truly create and generate enough income to get what's need to survive. and Programs like food-stamp might not be needed as much. Or the headaches that comes with dealing with the said morons who receive a pay check for doing nothing except making people in need wanting to kill every last one of them.I speak from experience.
