Berdych 2.0. He's beaten the #2 and #3 consecutively and now gets his shot at the #1 in his first Grand Slam final on Sunday. Against Nole, just as he did against Fed, Tomas was steady and played within himself, hitting big but also being patient. That patience and his improved movement were really impressive. Oh, Igor. It just hurted so much to watch. Igor gives Roger good matches. But just like at USO08, he just couldn't convert the big points when he needed to. Roger doesn't give you many looks. Here it is. The full trophy ceremony, uninterrupted, which I am compelled to post after the debacle that was the TV coverage today. The match started on CBS, was moved to ESPN2 after the rain delay, and just as Rafa got his hands on the trophy, ESPN2 unceremoniously and rather abruptly switched coverage to NFL.
