You can do these at wordle.com good fun and very easy.
Not really a bunch of jumbled text at all
Now I now this looks like a bunch of jumbled up random words, but it is, in fact, my brain working through a textiles project. This is part of the very early research stage. For me it's a sort of map of all the things I need to remember and piece together when I start thinking about the real t...

Ooh the colour ways are delicious - so bright and popping. Someone's going to be very happy indeed to receive that package!
packaging and branding
I love packaging. I love it even more when everything matches - the tissue paper, the bag, the cards, the colours. I guess that's why I completely adore my Clara packaging. It's okay to really, really love your own work sometimes right?! Sourcing all of the matching goodies is so much fun, and...

*Disclaimer - the above is not my list but lovely Laura of Cupcakes for Clara... I'm not one for looking back, or new year's resolutions and such. I try and be the person I want to be in small amounts ever day, and work out how to be better rather than deconstruct what's already done. But I saw this and it stopped me in my tracks. How often do we stop and remind ourselves how far we've come? How hard we've worked? What difference we made? Recently I learned the importance of saying things out loud; and a certain group... Ugh feeling meh is rubbish. You know what I'd do - break out the felt tip pens and get colouring. It rivals a good cuppa in terms of being a cure all. or anything that has that immersive therapeutic get-lost-in-the-repetition-of-it feeling. Pummel some dough, paint a wall, whatever your theraputic repititious thing is - go do that. Treat yourself to a hot bath in the middle of the day for no reason other than just because you can. Go easy on yourself today, hope you feel less meh soon.
{A Be Kind To Me Day}
After a bit of a rum weekend in which pain, of both sorts, featured heavily I have picked myself up and am trying to get back to the busy contentedness of the past few weeks. Nothing life threatening but major to me nonethless. Luckily it didn't involve the children or Hubby. Well, I tell a li...

Giveaway: Beautiful bars of lovely organic chocolate COMPETITION CLOSED
THIS COMPETITION HAS NOW CLOSED - DON'T LEAVE A COMMENT, IT WON'T BE COUNTED First off, the good news - I have some free chocolate to give you. But now the bad news - there's none for me. Terrible, isn't it? Boo bloody hoo. I am incredibly snooty when it comes to chocolate. It's pretty much th...
