The Dooling trade makes me nervous that we're going to let Charlie Redz walk. Don't know much about Dooling's game, but D-West is a beast. We would be wise to keep him in Celtics green.
Training camp: Don't expect fun and games this year
The Celtics open training camp today in Waltham. Woo-hoo! There are very few specifics about the schedule, workouts and when the players will arrive. There was a lot of optimism surrounding the team last year. The roster was firm. We had Shaq and Nate Robinson playing practical jokes daily. Th...
Seconded!
We got duped by OKC to think that Green was a clone of James Harden (who we really wanted in that trade and who actually can ball). Instead we got a 6'10" softie that can't play the 4 spot because he's afraid of the paint and can't play the 3 because he doesn't have the handle.
It's a man's league, and Perk was a beast among men.
But we need to cut our losses and not further the mistake by giving Green a new deal. I'm not interested in what Green says he is or says he isn't. Dude is already proven -- he went flat when it mattered in the playoffs.

Smith has already expressed interest in playing here. Atlanta wants to move him. He's friends with Rondo already. And we're kidding ourselves if we're gonna sit here and wait for that center in Orlando to leave the franchise that's built around him.
Jeff Green says he can really (expletive) play
The Herald's Steve Bulpett spoke with Jeff Green about the lockout, his restricted free agent status, his interest in Boston and his game: “Yeah, man, you know a lot of people don’t know what I can really do,” he said. “In Oklahoma, I was kind of overshadowed by Kevin (Durant) and the way Russ...
