The trouble with Tachyon Storms is they hit you just before they actualy happen. Personally it's the local gravitational anomolies that are always causing me problems while walking.

What do you think of the military blocking sites to save on "bandwidth"? With a head start on the internet structure I'd think bandwidth would be something they could deal with...

When I had my accident and crushed my head I had hired an personal injury attorney for a brief time since it seemed the thing to do, and as I was slurring and stuttering my way through my first depostion, in my haze I realized I had hired an idiot who hadn't even read my accident report until the very moment the other side started asking me about a passenger listed as being in the truck. I had only the vaugest of memories of even someone being with me and had mentioned this to my "attorney" 9 months earlier who said "I should try and remember who it was" or something assinine but didn't feel obligated to follow up on her own. I thought about this and although I knew I was in la la land still, it was clear she didn't really have my best interests in mind so I fired her, then a few weeks later just withdrew the whole lawsuit cause I realized how lucky I am to be able to walk and talk and it was more important to finish the house I was building and not die than to chase after a settlement. I had times I wondered if it was really the best thing to do but a few months ago I got an email from the fired attorney that according to the header she sent to all her other attorney friends and apparently Bill Gates is giving all his money away and has partnered with aol on a new email tracking program...
