My husband and I have been married for 8 years and have been together for 10. I get up every morning and make his lunch for the day, breakfast, and shower him with kisses before he leaves. Every night, he gives me the best head and back massages (he swears I must have been a dog or cat in a former life, LOL!). I think that we should never underestimate those small moments. A loving gesture or a soothing touch are what helps us reconnect with our partners daily.

This is why I love Lithe. It's not just about physical health and strength, but it's about women helping women. I lost my triplet sons in 2010. I was 5 months pregnant. Losing your children is hard enough, but I think the worst part is the stigma of never being able to truly acknowledge being a mother when you have lost your kids. People ask you if you have kids, and you just say no because you don't want to air your business and because no matter how much time has passed, it still hurts. Thank you so much Lauren, and to my sons Cade, Gabriel, and Jack, Mommy loves you and misses you everyday.
