Thanks for a delicious (and easy!) vegetarian recipe! I'm not so great at the "winging it" myself and once it gets more than a handful of ingredients I start zoning out. Luckily black beans, tomatoes, onions & those spices are staples in my house so I only had to grab the peppers & lime! Tasty soup on a rainy day... Thanks again!!!
