Depression Glass intrigues me. Growing up I saw it still in use in the 60's & 70's at both of my grandmothers' homes. I have a few family pieces and have purchased other pieces that I like.

I remember watching Charles' & Diana's wedding but I was up because I had early college classes that sunmmer. Not sure I will get up that early this time. We will see what time it starts. I also have to work so I doubt I will watch. With technology the way it is I am sure it will be played over and over somewhere on the News networks on online.

I have the paint chip garland directions printed and on my desk. Now I need to get the paint chips, and waxed cotton.

I bought a heat gun that has never been out of the package in over 4 years! I have a Provo craft hand drill that's never been out of the packaging either. BG papers would be used in a heartbeat though! Thanks for the chance to win.

I love photobooks! Mounted photos are fun too for another way to display photos. I am surprised at myself for having an image for everyday this month so far and have all of them off the camera and uploaded to be printed at the end of the month. Woo Hoo Project Life 2011!

I was just going to try to open it in Photoshop Elements to see if that was a layer or something I could fix. I'll wait for your fix instead. Thanks for being so generous and sharing these files.

I'm not exactly sure how I found your blog. I read many and maybe came over from some other blog on a hop or mention from another blogger. I frequent 2Peas also so that may be it. I so enjoy reading your posts, and admire your attitude. I love seeing photos of your sweet girls (and their awesome hair).

Since I currently have no system, I really really need this one. I too am a procrastinator and have never found anything that works for me. Happy New Year!
The Ella crowd is so entertaining and talented. My favorite animal is the panda.

I love to be outdoors, especially this time of year in the crisp air, with blue skies and sunshine.

This is an awesome post. You've included so much information in a concise post and the photos are great examples. I love the pumpkin. And who cares if you shoot in auto as long as you get the shot. Most people who look at the photo are not going to ask what your ISO was or the aperture. They are just going to ooh and aaah and the image.

Who could choose just one?! But if forced to do so it would have to be Maurice Sendak, writer/illustrator of many fabulous children's books.

The Reading Mother is one of my favorite poems too. I am planning to create a layout incorporating it somehow. It's still in the idea stages but I am really getting inspired this week with all of the book stuff.

I am pleased to say that because of scrapbooking and preserving old photos and memories I was able to provide several photos of my dad when the funeral home requested them to make a slide show for the memorial service.
