I hadn't realized how many so-called CANES "fans" are dumb as sh..t. This class is solid. Have you seen the linemen coming in? That's the OL []_[] needs for #12 to throw at will, and the []_[]'s RBs to run through the holes. In a word to describe this class: BIG. Think of Wisconsin's BIG players, and think of []_[]'s speed. That's what this team will look like.
LB Gaines becomes latest UM commitment
One recruiting weekend down, one to go. The University of Miami hosted its next to last group of weekend visitors. Here are a few tidbits I was able to gather... As expected, the Canes were able to nail down a commitment from Buffalo (N.Y.) Canisius High linebacker Jimmy Gaines. The former Buff...
Has Randy done a GREAT job? It depends where your question is directed to. Academically? Absolutely. On the field? No. But he has done a good job on the field. What you "FAKE" canes fan fail to realize is that there's a new era of []_[] football. It isn't about winning championships, but also succeeding in the classrooms. It's a tough goal. If you're a recruit, you can't impress []_[] only with your 40 time. You also have to impress []_[] with your grades. Why would you want to come to Miami when you have to retake or take some more exams to get your grades up when you can already be accepted elsewhere(a school that has contended for a national title in the past year or so)? Love it or hate it, Miami has set its goals high. Not every student athlete is fitted for the task. If []_[] succeeds both on the football field AND classroom, it'll be the only school in this era with that accomplishment. []_[]
Finding hidden gems no easy task for Canes
I've never been a believer in the star system used to rate recruits. Just because a player has a certain number of stars -- or offers -- doesn't necessarily mean he'll become a superstar in college. But on the flip side of the argument -- and one I think maybe isn't discussed enough -- are t...
Storm Johnson is.. the top RB of 2010 class. Forget what ESPN or Rivals says about this stud. Johnson's style of play makes him hard to tackle--very elusive. He has nasty jukes. GREAT pick by Miami. Under Armour game was too easy for Storm Johnson. His status went from 3 to 4 stars? LMAO. He's better than that. You'll see.
Georgia duo ready to begin UM career
ROANOKE, VA. -- They grew up playing football together at the Pop Warner level and spent most of their lives in homes just a 10 minute drive apart in of the richest areas for football talent in Georgia. Tyrone Cornelius and Storm Johnson always thought there might be a chance they could be colle...
Of course this recruiting class could've been better, but, []_[] got much needed help on OL. It's going to be alright. Storm Johnson is a beast!!! Probably the best RB in the nation! []_[]
Canes land Bahamian defensive tackle recruit
You won't find Delmar Taylor on any national recruiting lists. And unless you attended one of the five high school football games he played in at Miami Beach High this past fall, you probably have never seen him. But assuming all goes well over the next month, the 6-5, 260-pound Bahamian born...
Great news that #85 is coming back. Nobody sets the tone for the passing game than Hankerson--unless Streeter is on the field. Johnson, Collier, Benjamin, and Byrd are great WRs to carry the momentum; but, none of them set the tone for the passing game. Tommy Streeter better start getting some reps next season. #85 and #86 are the clutch wideouts. Next season let's us know if Shannon really has what it takes to coach. Throughout the season, Randy and Whipple said they wouldn't rotate a lot of WRs. That was true for the regular season. But last night, they rotated ALL of the wideouts. #85 has been in every passing play during the regular season. Last night, he barely got any reps, and it showed the workhorse that he is. All in all, Shannon's philosophy should be near perfection by next season--let's hope. Playing Berry until the 2nd half might work in one game; but, it might not work well in another game. I understand that sometimes it might take time for the running game to come into effect. However, being stacked at the running game, []_[] shouldn't have to wait for the running game to kick in. You can keep the defense unsettle by changing the RBs, since Coop and Berry have different styles. Here's to []_[] for a better new year(and decade) and hope that next year is a change just like this year was to last year. As always, OoOoOoOoOH C-A-N-E-S CANES!!!
Hankerson says he's coming back
ORLANDO -- After the Hurricanes disappointing loss to Wisconsin Tuesday night, University of Miami leading receiver Leonard Hankerson at least provided some good news for Hurricanes fans. He said he's coming back for his senior year. "I'm staying," said Hankerson, who caught one pass for 28 yard...
It's a little unfair that the defense got noticed twice Manny. I blame last night's lose squarely on the offense--Mark Whipple's gameplan. Despite the defense's weakness, they kept the CANES in the game. Mark Whipple and Shannon said it throughout the season that they wouldn't rotate a lot of WRs. Yet, last night, they rotated all of the WRs. Two players stand out as the players that need to be involved in every passing play--Tommy Streeter and Hankerson. #85 had great numbers this season because he was on every passing play. But, last night, Whipple didn't have #85 on the field for every play--which showed the workhorse that Hankerson is. Byrd, Collier, Johnson, and Benjamin are great WRs; but, they don't set the tone for the passing game.
Champs Sports Bowl thoughts
ORLANDO -- About to head out on the Florida Turnpike to get back in time for tonight's basketball game at the BankUnited Center. But before I take off I just wanted to share a few thoughts on the Canes' 20-14 loss to Wisconsin. The same problems that hurt UM all season -- except interceptions --...

The psychology students working at the hot-line must have their hands full with the turds!!! LMFAO

GAINESVILLE -- In this photo of Urban Meyer during the SEC championship game, check out the guy to Meyer's right (your left). That's Florida's team doctor, Pete Indelicato. How often is a team doctor next to a head coach during a football game? Not often, unless somethin...
"Sarasota, since your so big on UMs " history " did you feel then that it was the biggest loss in "State" history when Bama pounded the Canes in 1993 or does losing big games only matter when it's The Gators."
Gayturds in BIG games? That's a SELDOM, if ever, event. But typical gayturd omitting information, you forgot to mention the national title game of 89--[]_[] vs bama. Miami won that. Wah wah wah... Gayturds ARE IRRELEVANT. Cincy will be lose #2. Sugar Bowl? Gayturds are 2-4(?) at the Sugar Bowl. Last time turds played there was against []_[] and well, you know how that went. ANOTHER LOSE FOR TURDS. Wah wah wah... Don't forget to watch the U documentary this Saturday night!! 9pm after the Heisman Trophy. ESPN is going out with GLORY! []_[]!!!!!

"Hey, when you get your behind spanked you need to come up with an excuse at UF, right? Was that Tebow crying on the sidelines? What is he taking estrogen to off set the effects of steroids?"
LMFAO I didn't think about the steroids. That explains the tears... hahahaha

Don't listen to Danny-boy. I'm out this stinking blog! Its scent is like a girl from Gainesville--cigarettes and beer. It's great... to be.. a MIAMI HURRICANE! []_[]
Alabama 32, Florida 13: Give me your thoughts on the game!
ATLANTA -- OK, I'm taking any and all explanations for Florida's complete meltdown on Saturday at the Georgia Dome. Alabama gained 490 yards of offense against a defense that entered the game ranked No.1 in the country. Florida's running backs combined for three carries! What happened and was th...
"hahaha jesus you are a loser. sorry i root for the school i ACTUALLY WENT TO. your satisfaction in someone else's loss speaks volumes about your character and should concern you."
Sure Danny. I believe you. Your grammar is the obvious hint, or perhaps, it was the school. What's your major?

"it was a great run. bama was the better team today. i think the dunlap fiasco distracted the team but was certainly not the reason we lost. real fans that support a school that they ACTUALLY WENT TO will continue bleed blue and orange. go gators."
Right, as if gayturds don't have any fans that didn't go to school there. Your argument is weak. Figures. You're UF. And yes, I am a student at UM. Thanks for your concern.

I can see why turd's AD didn't want to put MIAMI on schedule after the 2013 game. Miami's pro-style offense would lit-up the scoreboard!!! Miami has more than 2 effective backs--not to mention our WRs. The scoreboard would be something like 49-10 Miami. C'mon gayturd nation!!!! It's great.. to be.. a floriduh gayturd?

"Funny how once the Gators lose everyone comes out of the wood work asking where are the Gators and ripping them. A 22 game win streak is nothing to laugh at. You can say that we didn't play as well this year, but that shouldn't take away from what was accomplished in recent years; 2 SEC titles in 3 years and 2 nation titles in 3 years...oh and a heisman trophy winner"
The hilarious part is that your "heisman trophy winner" won the game for you. []_[] owns.

Please turds, don't be hypocritical now. UF sucks. Period. End of story. It wasn't #15's fault. Your lousy coach CAN'T adjust to adversity. What's his record when trailing at halftime? A perfect 4-4. Puts things into perspective doesn't it? Kinda like 28-26 []_[], 5 national titles []_[]. Don't forget to watch the []_[] documentary you lizards!!!!

Your Mickey Mouse offense couldn't save the "perfect season." Your eye poking-defense couldn't stop the run nor pass. The future looks bright at UFelons. But one thing is up at UFelons, arrests--30 something arrests to date? I can only imagine the number of DUIs at gainesville after this great win. hmmmmmmmm.... []_[]
