Hi Russell, We asked about the past twelve months in the survey we conducted. We phrased the question that way because we wanted to get a yearly estimate, and also because we wanted to get an accurate idea of timing and it can be difficult to remember timing past 12 months. Hi Kaldrenon, they're balanced against the number of warranties owned in each state. And you're right, it would be interesting to see what percentage of iDevice owners called in, next to the total number! We'll bring that up with our research team.
