Nancy, To make the flower, you punch 21 scallop circles in Regal Rose and 3 - 1 3/8" circles in the same color. On the 21 scallop circles cut each scallop towards the center without cutting any petals off. Sponge the tips in Rose Red. I use a wood skewer from my kitchen and put it in the middle of each scallop citcle. I bring all the petals up to the skewer and squeeze the petals together so they will stay up in a bunch. I then put a glue dot on the end and attach it to one of the circles 1 3/8". The first is put in the center and then 6 go round the center. When you have all 7 on the circle you have one flower. Attach all three finished circles to a card that fits in the pot. The pot is 9" X 3 1/2" scored at 3 1/2 X 7". I punched the top 2" portion with the Eyelet Border Punch. I hope this helps. I am visual so sometimes instructions are not clear. Email me if you have questions.
