Have you taken advantage of the July promotion, Buy 3 Get One FREE of the select designer series papers? This card uses the Best Route Designer Series Paper, and coordinating card stock that I embossed with the new Subtle Dynamic Embossing Folder. Now that I have my picture taken and edited, it looks like a fox face with uneven eyes and whiskers! Check out this post here to see the papers in this promotion. Here are two more cards I posted previously using this same layout but different paper! The first one uses the Animal Expedition designer series paper, and... Continue reading

I love the images and the bold sentiments in this stamp set! Which one do you like best? I used either Powder Pink, Blushing Bride, or Whisper White cardstock for the card bases, and either Memento Black or Basic Gray for the inks. I colored with the the Stampin' Blends, and the dress glistens with the Clear Wink of Stella! In my haste to get these posted, I forgot to add the Basic Pearls, but will before I send them. Notice the clouds! Two of the cards have billowy clouds done with sponging around the top part of the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch card stock piece. I also used the birds from the High Tide stamp set just because I love that bird stamp! My last card uses only product from the Lilypad Lake Bundle (without the birds), and I only sponged the sky color. Which card is your favorite? The ones with the Whisper White card base or the Balmy Blue card base? Stampin'Up! supplies are below. Just click to order. Check out my other Lilypad Lake cards on... Continue reading

I am having fun playing with this new bundle! I did fussy cut the Hooray but that was the most time consuming part of this card. I used a marker of the same color to fill in the inside of the letters to give the illusion that I cut that out. I also used the Stamparatus and it just made this card so easy! I stamped the solid Hooray with Lovely Lipstick, and then I stamped the dots with Versamark, and heat embossed with White Embossing Powder. The background paper is the Broadway Bound Specialty Paper and it was really... Continue reading

This is a different color combo than the original card I did with this stamp set. That one was in Marina Mist but that color has retired. This card uses the returning favorite, Coastal Cabana! I really do like this one better. Here is the other. This is a very versatile stamp set. You can create beaches, mountains, or really any outdoor scenery. I even used it to make a pizza card, and used the splotches for pizza sauce, the speckles on the pepperoni, and the tree trunks as pepper strips! Fun, fun! Stampin'Up! supplies are below. Just click to... Continue reading

This stamp set can be either two step or three step stamping! You can use the outline stamp or not. I did on all 4 cards just because I was playing with the set and trying out different color combos. This set is photopolymer so you can see exactly where you are stamping! I did use the Stamparatus for two of the stamps, but you wouldn't have to. Check out the Stampin'Up! supplies below. I have made so many of these "Weaving" cards, but didn't get a picture of all of them. They were all a little bit different, either in the widths of the strips, or the stamp set or sentiments used. This has been a fun technique, and July stamp clubs will get to do one of these samples. The idea for the weaving with the Lakeside Framelits die was from the talented Sibylle Beichert, a demonstrator from Germany. Some of my cards used just three strips, and most used 5. The bottom card uses the Sea of Textures stamp set and... Continue reading

This is a notecard using the Lined Alphabet stamp set and the coordinating Layering Alphabet Edgelits dies! I did use retired Tutti-Frutti Designer Series Paper but will replace with current paper. I thought the sentiment from the new Itty Bitty Greetings was perfect for this card! I cut my alphabet pieces 3" x 3", and that works with these two letters. You may need wider pieces with different letters or a different size card base. Watch the video to see how this bundle works! Stampin'Up! supplies are below. Just click to order. This is a very quick and simple card that you could use for a variety of occasions; birthday, sympathy, thinking of you, masculine, or get well cards for example. Just change out the sentiment! How did I do this? I inked up the Burlap background stamp with Soft Sea Foam, then with rubber side up, I placed a Clear Block D on the inked rubber. Then you take the clear block and "stamp" the block onto Very Vanilla card stock. And that is it! I have done this "kissing technique" with other background stamps, too. So easy and yet it... I really like how this card turned out! I love the color combo I chose, the Rooted in Nature bundle, the Nature's Poem designer series paper, and the Leaves Trinkets! It is hard to see the Pinewood Planks Embossing on the background but it adds a great touch! This bundle has dies that emboss and cut, and you can see the embossing on the "oval" leaves. I wanted a Happy Birthday card so the sentiment is from the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set! This bundle does include some great sentiments, just not a birthday one. Stampin'Up! supplies are below. Just... Continue reading

Wonder how I stamped all of my squirrels so perfectly? I used Stampin'Up!'s brand new stamp positioning tool, the Stamparatus! I watched a video by Allison Okamitsu to learn how to do this circle stamping or the "Round & Round technique"! Here is the link to that video! She used hearts but I wanted to play with my new stamp set, Sitting Pretty! This is a photopolymer two step stamping stamp set and it can be purchased as a bundle along with the coordinating Pretty Park framelits. Watch the video below to check this bundle out. Here is another sample using the Let the Good Times Roll bundle! Each card I've made gets easier! This time I used the Copper Foil sheets for my roller coaster. When you have the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets on the back before die cutting, it makes it easy peasy to adhere to your Whisper White roller coaster! I also made my roller coaster longer on the card front by "connecting" my stamp! Stampin'Up! supplies are below but the new product I used is not available until June 1st. The bundle is available now, but June 1st, the stamp set and dies... Continue reading

Here is another sample made with the Let the Good Times Roll bundle! When I am going to send a card, I have to have another one here to keep. Am I the only one who does this? Anyway, I made a second card and one of my cats bit through a corner, after it was all done. So can you see how I salvaged it? I did a sun and clouds for the inside. These are included in this stamp set and dies. Then on the front, I stamped the food cart, which is also included. Then in the... Continue reading

If you want to save 10% by bundling these two products together, you must do so by May 31st. June 1st the new Stampin'Up! catalog goes live and even though these items are in the new catty, they will not be a bundle anymore. I just got mine and this is my very first card! This is a photopolymer stamp set so I was able to curve the sentiment on the front so that it would follow my roller coaster curve. I love photopolymer! I also made my ride a wooden roller coaster because I have ridden a wood one... Continue reading

The dies are spendy at $125, but you would be saving $26 ($26 free) plus an additional $12.50 in no shipping costs! Then when you place a demonstrator order, you will get the demo discount on your purchase of the coordinating stamp set! I have made several cards with this... Continue reading

Here is another Tri-Fold card. This time I used the Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper, page 13 of the Stampin'Up! Occasions catalog. This paper has Silver foil accents on one side and is oh, so pretty! My designer series paper card base is 5.5" x 12", scored at 1.75", 4.75", and 7.75". Make sure that both sides of the paper coordinate and that if you have words, that the writing is right side up! The cake and flower are from the Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit, but I could have stamped it and then die cut it. I used a... Continue reading
