Too funny (though obviously not for you). It can only be topped by the story I was told by my friend Jeff (who incidentally lent me his copy of Just a Geek this past weekend. Great stuff!). On Saturday he was awakened at 4:30 a.m. by his recently adopted cat (a "gift" from his mother-in-law...nuff said) that they all assumed was a young kitten but was instead an emaciated pregnant mother who promptly had three kittens. Makes me glad that all I had to put up with this past weekend was a dog who shook like he had the palsy every time a firework went off.
