Pierce is starting to worry me. His only two good games came against WSH (21 pts) and a depleted NJ (24 pts) team. Record of those two teams is a combined 3-18. Celts four wins are against teams that are a combined 8-33. Anybody who thinks Celts have any shot to do anything this year is blind.

Chuck, love the optimism, but come on. Marquis will be hurt before we know it and so won't Jermaine O'Neal, meaning Wilcox or Bass will be put into starting lineup. And Pavolvic is a joke. Losing Jeff Green screwed this team. He was gonna log a lot of minutes and is a talented player. I'll be happy with the 5th seed and a good first round matchup.

Delonte misses a ton of games every year. In his 4 seasons with the Celtics, he played in 203 of a possible 328 regular-season games. Not good. I'm not big on Dooling, but he'll be healthier and play more than Delonte.

Why would Chris Paul sign an extension with Celts? After next year when Ray-Ray and KG are gone, all the C's will have is an old Paul Pierce. So it's either rebuild in Boston (unless we make so major moves) or go play with your buddies in New York and rival the Heat for the next decade. Seems like an easy choice to me.

Of course he never actually says LeBron's stat line in the Finals (20.3 ppg 6.6 rpg 6 apg). Those aren't Superstar numbers? I don't see many average NBA players putting up those numbers in the Finals? And his point about whining to the refs about calls on both ends of the floor? Again, another ridiculous statement. I love all you LeBron haters. You're talking like LeBron is having a bad series. You must have forgot Game 1. And where was Wade's leadership in the Game 2 meltdown? And please stop the comparisons to Jordan, Magic, Bird. They weren't surrounded by scrubs like LeBron was in Cleveland. They all would've left to if they didn't have talent around them. If LeBron had players like McHale, Parish, DJ with him in Cleveland, he would've won.
