My experience at Jean Georges was nothing short of perfect. The sauces and emulsons he comes up with are just heavenly. The service-outstanding..do they have ESP over there? The room- beautiful. Tell your friend Deputy that he works for the best Chef in New York City and he(Deputy) and his cohorts do a wonderful job creating the master's creations.
