Wil, do you still need and/or want bumpers/plugs for your podcast? If so, I recorded one for ya. Granted, it's not exactly a celebrity plug, since your blog is orders of magnitude more popular than my booze blog, but I figured what the hell. You liked my tiki mission on PMOG (before PMOG died), so I thought I'd inquire. Let me know if you're still taking them, otherwise, just keep up with the Hawesomeness.

Very excited! Very excited, indeed. Have become Welsh. No, wait... Still, very excited! Cannot wait to see EWW's triumphant (and evil) return.

That look totally says "Come sit on Slick Uncle Willie's lap, baby."

You were lucky to have saliva! We used to suck on gravel just to have enough spit to lick our hands clean after mucking out the stables of the mules that worked down in t'mine! Not to mention having to lick the motorway clean, from junction 1 to junction 19, including slipways.

A MxMo theme I can really get behind! My submission can be found here.

Deep, cleansing breaths, Wil. Out with the stressed air, in with the good. All will work out. I mean, you're Wil Fuckin' Wheaton. You're goddamned right it will all work out. Looking forward to the book, regardless of the release date. It'll give me a little more time to squirrel away some money for it.

Yeah, that's just awesome. And I love the giddy little dance you danced just before you left the stage. I know that dance... I call it "The Nerdtusi." Well, I don't really, but if I had to name it, it would be something similarly geeky. And "The Frug" was already taken.

Happiest of happy-ass birthdays to you, Wil. When it's late enough here in the midwest to drink without looks of disapprobation, I will hoist a cocktail in your direction and honor. I may even make it a tiki drink.

Soitenly. I think Woodman's carries Fever-Tree brand...I've been keeping an eye out for their Tonic Water and Bitter Lemon. Let me know if you find some!

Well, I'm glad I got mine on the first go-round then! Now if I were at all close to the region where you attend cons, I'd have a snowball's chance of getting it signed. Oh well. I'm happy that I snapped mine up when you first announced it. Reward enough for the likes of me. And I concur, it's sucks that woot didn't give you a heads up...farging bastages.

I checked, and the deacons of Steveism seem to think that Steve would be okay with a merger with the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, as both deities are similarly relaxed, groovy, and airborne.

Done and done. Snapped a photo of your books on my shelf. It's a bit crap, but let it never be said that Wil Wheaton does not have a posse.

Plus, you worked in a Homestar Runner reference, which flips it from "epic fail" to "Chris thinks it's made of WIN!" so you've got that going for you, for whatever it's worth (approx 1/128¢ at current conversion rates).

The Swamp Castle reference made this one for me, Wil. I'm really digging these articles, and I'm not even an Angeleno (been there exactly once, but oh what fun I had!)

And of course, no one should confuse this with Harry Dresden's Blue Beetle, which is mostly not-blue. Nicely done, Wil! Your character looks to be most debonair. I was never much of a comics geek, but I'll definitely watch this.

As long as you're not afraid to suck... :) Best of luck on the column, Wil. We all know you'll knock it out of the park again, but it's just winding up to do it that gets the anxiety going. Deep cleansing breaths...and swing.

interesting how many of the frothing at the mouth posters have no TypePad profiles. I wonder how many of them were just created tonight? FWIW, Islam is not the enemy. Fundamentalist Islam maybe, but Fundamentalist Islam is to Islam as the KKK is to Christianity; a bastardization of the core tenets that bears no real resemblance to the original ideals.

I tried to refrain from directly addressing any commenters here, but constitutional.liberty, do you actually listen to yourself when you talk, or do you just regurgitate garbage? Every single one of your points is at best disingenuous, and at worst an outright lie.
