It is a tiny stun gun that you can use when somebody grabs you in a crowded area. it is not strong enough to harm anybody, but it will gently shock somebody if you get harassed. Thanks!

The phone is pretty expensive actually. Also it only works in Japan so it might not be what you are looking for. The cell phone providers continue to upgrade their models so it is virtually impossible to buy old phones for cheap these days.
