Steve Jones is married to Larissa and they have 4 'full of life' kids. Eldest son in a 9 member multi-racial family, he spent some of his childhood in Africa. A qualified educator, he has been involved in planting, leading and advising churches for 16 years. In 'Developing and Multiplying All Things Good' he spends time making friends, training, mentoring and speaking in his current roles as 'pioneer' (helping to develop lots of small'ish churches/christ-centred hubs and communities in the SW of England [www.facebook.com/simplysw] and 'trainer' with the Methodist Church [www.pemd.org.uk][www.trainingtuesdays.net] Steve has also served many key organisations including Oxfam, Fusion, Ichthus, Pioneer, Scottish Network of Churches, YWAM, Devon and Glasgow LA’s, Church of England, Methodist Church and has served on the board of Tearfund, Scotland. Steve has worked on a masters degree in Leadership/Management and a B.Sc. in Environment/Development. A trained 'life-coach', he holds a BA.Hons from the University of Exeter and regularly lectures on leadership issues in undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses. He is currently studying on a Masters programme in Missional Leadership where his research interests include organic systems, 'movements that have changed the world' and leadership development. Steve has a passion for camping, sailing, the SW of England and triathlon (although has never done one but would like too!) and enjoys sport, music, films and reading. He is vegetarian'ish and teetotal'ish - His favourite pastime is having his kids jump all over him.
