I disagree that Facebook is losing any value because of age demographics. I also disagree that it is actually set up like a big chain letter. However, the zillions of junk applications that users are addicted to are nothing but chain letters, the bare bones Facebook platform itself isn't. But users misuse even the basic platform such as the wall and "notes" to send stupid chain letters. Most of the applications people use are nothing but spammy viral crap, and there are way too many groups that instruct you to invite all your friends and add everybody in the group as your friend. So, it's not Facebook itself that's the problem, it's the misuse of it by app developers and by users who just can't resist any viral pest that tricks them into thinking it's fun or cool. Walls and the notes are meant for people to write down messages for others, and their own personal thoughts. Instead, people are junking these up with chain letter hoaxes and questionaires that are quite frankly, dead-boring to read!

Let's not forget that Peta is the most caring and honest, human-loving outfit in the whole world. After all, they kill thousands of animals and they compare broiler chickens to holocaust victims, and that's just scratching the surface. They're against keeping pets, animal research, eating meat, wearing leather, and they'll use all kinds of lies and shock tactics, including untrue animal cruelty stories to scare people into their lifestyle.

Great article except for the "high on coffee and m&ms" bit they're goot stuff, not dangerous mind-altering drugs. But I'll link to this article on the Chain Letters site to help clear up who said and wrote what.

Another kindhearted quote from Peta: "Six million Jews died in concentration camps, but six billion broiler chickens will die this year in slaughter houses." -Ingrid Newkirk, President, PETA, The Washington Post, November 13, 1983.

If you think Peta are ethical and against violence, think again. "Every woman ensconced in fur should endure a rape so vicious that it scars them forever." - Gary Yourofsky, "humane education lecturer" employed by PeTA, published Thursday, Jan. 24, 2008 in The Shield, the student newspaper of Indiana Southern University. Yourofsky is a convicted felon that spent 6 months in a maximum security prison in Canada.
