Hi Ashley - thanks for your interest! :) Hi Hillary - Sorry! As my blog post said, there was a limited number. We ran out of books so we had to cancel the ones who hadn't paid yet. It just came down to first come, first serve since that seemed the most fair thing to do. We tried to notify everyone by sending a reminder before we ran out...
