Today I have two cards to share with you using the Pretty Pink Posh Hummingbird Thanks and Pretty Petunias stamp and die sets. I started by stamping all of the images from these two sets on white cardstock with MFT Natural Ink so I could color them with no lines. Then I colored them all in with Copic Markers. Then I went back and shaded them all with Prismacolored Pencils. I ended up with some very BRIGHT colored images as you will see. I had enough to make two cards, so both cards match in their bright colored shades! So here we go! (put on the sunglasses!!!). Card 1: I think I even over lightened this photo so it wouldn't... Today is the release of the Simon Says Stamp March Card Kit. It is a VERY full kit and full of spring promise! This one actually includes TWO stamp sets, so I actually should have titled this post "one kit, five ways" as it technically uses both of the stamps in the kit. But we all know I often break my rules, so hopefully we can all just go with it! Here is an image of the kit: I made five cards to share with you today primarily focusing on the two stamp sets, but using all of the kit contents as well (including those little puff balls which are so cute!). Card 1: This is the only one of... Continue reading

Hey girls (and boys?!?!?!) - I'm finally back with a "one stamp, five ways" post! But I have (again) broken (my) rules and made it a "one stamp, SIX ways" post! Any objections? hahaha Today's post is using the Simon Says Stamp stamp set called Encouraging Animals with a matching Encouraging Animals die set. It is full of cute little animals and cute little salutations to go with each. This set was part of their Encouraging Words release a few months ago. Here is an image: There were so many options with this stamp set with six different animals/insects/birds and lots of salutations so you can use it for many different occasions. I didn't even use it for school even... Continue reading

Hello card making friends! Today is the second day of the Simon Says Stamp FRIENDS new product release blog hop. This release went live a little before the holidays, but the blog hop waited until things were a bit calmer! I have two products in this release including a stamp set called Love and Friendship and a watercolor card set called Winter Warmth. The entire release can be found HERE. Hello to day three of the blog hop - I hope many of you are still hopping along to see creations using the brand new Pretty Pink Posh release. I've been on their design team for three terms now as they truly make the cutest products out there. I especially love their little people sets, so today I'm going to use the new Birthday Friends Stamp Set and Die Set to do a "one stamp, five ways". But before we get to my creations, lets talk a little more business! PPP has several specials going on for all orders placed during this 3 day blog hop celebration as shown here: Here is an image of the free stamp set mentioned... Continue reading

Hello friends! I realize I am kind of late posting this as most of you have probably already completed your Christmas shopping. But I for one have not! And I always like to buy myself a few things, so maybe you are still looking for ideas for YOU! I wanted to share with you my can't live without card making supplies I discovered (or continued to love) in 2017. These are my top 10 in order: 1. Kaiser Craft Glitter Pens - set of 12 I became obsessed with these after I received an orange one in one of the SSS card kits. I've ordered 3 of this set so far because I use them every single time I color... Continue reading

Today (December 15th), I'm the Guest Blogger for the Altenew Card Blog - you can see the post HERE. I used their Cake Love Stamp Set and Die Set in a "one stamp, five ways" post. I'm going to go ahead and post the entire post here as well. Here is a picture of the adorable stamp set - it is so versatile and has so many sentiments! And who doesn't need more birthday cards?!?!?! Card 1: For the background of this card, I used Ranger Texture Paste with Distress Inks (Carved Pumpkin, Mustard Seed, and Abandoned Coral) rubbed into it. You just press the inkpad on a craft mat and mix some into the texture paste with a palette... Continue reading

Today I am doing a "one stamp, five ways" post using the new Simon Says Stamp Card kit and stamp. Here is an image of the gorgeous kit called Favorite Person: I love making Valentine's, so this kit was really fun to work with! In fact, when I was just at my mom's house, she gave me a big box of all my Valentine's and my old supplies from when I was a child. I guess I started this love early! It was fun looking at all the vintage things (hahaha). The stamp set in this kit is sold alone as well HERE. I have five cards to share with you today (and so many supplies left to create more... Hello Simon Says Stamp friends! Today is the Simon Says Stamp Cyber Week Blog Hop showcasing my newest set of watercolor cards called Classical Christmas. When I drew these, I tried to do a more classic set instead of my usual style (what should we call it - cutesy?). Here is an image of the 12 card fronts which are all printed on Ranger Watercolor Paper: I've painted all 12 of these card fronts with watercolors and dressed them up with glitter pens, Tonic Nuvo Drops, sequins, twine, etc... so you can visualize how they will look once you have put your creative love into them! They really are FUN to decorate - every time I draw a set, I... Continue reading

I think this Reindeer Friends stamp set by Pretty Pink Posh might be my favorite Christmas stamp set out this year. It is seriously cute and I had some serious fun working with it as for my "one stamp, five ways" blog post! Here is an image of the stamp set: See, cute right?!?!?! I definitely gravitate towards cute images over classic images, so I'm all about the whimsical designs Paulina creates for Pretty Pink Posh! So as the blog post states, I have FIVE cards to show you today (every now and then I get creative crazy and make more, but not this time as I'm about to go on vacation for TG!). I am happy to report though... Continue reading

Hello friends! I'm excited to be joining Altenew for their new marker release blog hop today. The blog hop starts on the Altenew Card Blog and the Altenew Scrapbook Blog. Today I have four cards to share with you (well actually five as I have two versions of one of the cards!) using the NEW Artist Markers Sets. I love that they have come out with two new sets to grow my collection. These markers are AWESOME! I love the color selection they have and how well they blend. The tips are nice as they have the perfect coloring tips that Copic has, but they also have a fine tip unlike a Copic marker (and who ever uses the other... Continue reading

I also have a card using the new Wild Rose stamp set which I will be doing a "one stamp, five ways" post with next!
