Interesting question. At what point does data become knowledge? Think for a minute about the number of ways that you gather data, the different formats, systems, log-ins, networks, emails, phone calls, meetings, etc... How many of you have a password protected spreadsheet for all your passwords?...

(Reading the reviews of SDCC I understand this to be a joke and based on your description of how cool your wife is, she's probably OK with this imagery. But, I still have to ask the question.)
